bk55 Platform Terms and Conditions

3.2 Password & Security

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. bk55 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless it is proven that the fault lay within bk55's own systems.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. bk55 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or deception, holding multiple accounts, or misuse of bonuses.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Payment methods currently accepted at bk55 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Every deposit must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.

If you experience any technical issue during a deposit, contact support immediately and keep proof of the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In exceptional circumstances, the bk55 support team may decide on an alternative arrangement.

Account verification may be required before a withdrawal. For large withdrawal amounts, bk55 may request additional proof of identity. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification process is complete.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on bk55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in any foreign currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk55 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed. If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer applies only to eligible users.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, household, device, or IP address.
• bk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, bk55 reserves the right to close the account and cancel the bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.

bk55 offers four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Moving up a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Detailed criteria can be obtained from support. bk55 reserves the right to change the benefits, rates, or tier structure of the VIP program.

Specific wagering conditions may also apply to earning cashback. Cashback benefits are personal — they are non-transferable.

bk55 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play.
• Bonus hunting or exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).

• Harassing or deceiving other users on the platform.

If any of the above conduct is detected, bk55 will immediately close the account, forfeit all bonuses and earned funds, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
